All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note: Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unexpected carrier delays.

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package in real time.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at flagshipoptics@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
